Michael Willis, PE, CME, currently serves as the Department Manager at T&M Associates, overseeing the Northeast Division of the Water Resource Department, which includes managing offices and personnel across New Jersey. With extensive experience as a Project Manager at Suburban Consulting Engineers, Inc., Michael has led various projects for diverse clients, including water and wastewater system improvements and environmental studies. Previously, as Engineering Manager at SUEZ, Michael focused on team development and management while establishing a robust Engineering Department for the Mid-Atlantic region. Michael's career also includes roles as a Senior Engineer and Planning and Metering Engineer, culminating in a solid educational foundation with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rowan University.
