Nicole Mozeliak is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership across various industries, including coffee, hospitality, and real estate. As Principal-Founder of TLG Consulting Group since January 2023, Nicole focuses on helping companies achieve long-term success. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Odeko, significant growth was achieved, scaling operations from 800 to over 10,000 cafes and increasing revenue from $30 million to $150 million. Nicole also held COO roles at both American Dream and Domio, successfully optimizing operations and enhancing guest experiences. Other notable positions include Head of Operations at WeWork and Vice President at Zipcar, where oversight of substantial revenue and operational responsibilities was managed.
