Bailey Damon has worked at TLC Community Credit Union since 2011. They started as a Teller in November 2011 and then moved up to various roles within the organization. They became a Mortgage Service Representative II in May 2012, a Member Services Officer in September 2016, an AVP Branch Manager for the Clinton Office in July 2020, and finally the Vice President of Branch Operations from December 2020.

Bailey Damon obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in English Communications from Siena Heights University between the years 2008 and 2012.
