Ryan Cudworth is a Design Engineer at Taikisha USA Inc. since March 2023, focusing on the engineering and construction of advanced paint application systems. Previously, as Design & Engineering Manager at IEC North America from April 2021 to January 2023, Ryan established the Design and Engineering Department, overseeing projects worth $25 million. Experience includes roles as Project Designer at Giffin, Inc., Design Engineer at Complete Automation, Mechanical Designer at Loramendi S. Coop., CAD Technician at Tri-City Vinyl, Tooling Manager at Shively Bros., INC., and Mechanical Draftsman at Schmidt Industries. Ryan holds an ADDA Certified Mechanical Draftsman degree from Western Michigan University and completed educational training at the Bay Arenac ISD Career Center and John Glenn High School.
