Takayuki Hayakawa joined Taiyo Bank, Ltd. (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in 1972, and became an executive officer in 2006. Since then, he has served as President and Representative Director of Ginsen Co., Ltd. and Yoei Holding Co., Ltd. In May 2017, he became a director of the Company. He was appointed as an Audit & Supervisory Board Member of the Company in May 2019 and continues to this day.
