Thom van Drogenbroek is currently serving as a Quality Manager at TKB (Trust Krediet Beheer B.V.) since September 2022, with a focus on enhancing insights into personnel activities and costs within the Incasso department to apply cost control and ensure margin standards. Previously, Thom worked at Zorggroep Sint Maarten as a Facilitair medewerker from August 2018 to June 2023, and gained experience as an Assistent-controller at Lans during a March to July 2021 internship within the Finance & Control department, where tasks included preparing reports and internal controls. Prior experience also includes a role as a Financieel medewerker at EcoServices, LLC from October 2017 to April 2018, managing administrative tasks such as invoice processing and quarterly closing preparations, and a position as a morning newspaper delivery person for de Persgroep Nederland from March 2013 to August 2016. Thom holds an HBO degree in Finance & Control from De Haagse Hogeschool (2019-2022), an MBO degree in Bedrijfsadministrateur from ID College (2014-2017), and a Vmbo-t diploma from Kalsbeek College (2011-2014).
