Patricia Aiyedun serves as a Non-Executive Director at TIZETI since June 2022, where responsibilities include Audit Committee Chairman and membership in the Strategy and Investment Committee. Previously, Patricia held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Acting Managing Director at inq. Digital from August 2021 to November 2024, overseeing financial strategies and organizational transitions. At TIZETI from September 2019 to August 2021, Patricia fulfilled duties as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Co-CEO, focusing on financial strategy and strategic operations. Prior experience includes a decade at PwC as Senior Manager in Audit and Advisory, with a focus on due diligence, business development, and ERP implementation. Patricia holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Ibadan, along with qualifications from ACCA and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
