Marie Louise M. is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in project management and community engagement, particularly in climate change and sustainable development. As the Co-Founder and Program Manager at Rwanda Green Initiative since 2014, Marie Louise M. has been instrumental in promoting environmental protection and raising awareness on climate issues among Rwandan youth. Currently involved with BioLite in multiple roles, including customer service and data verification for the Africa Expansion Program, Marie Louise M. also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Edened Earth Limited, focusing on agricultural empowerment. Previous roles include Project Monitoring Officer at Nile Basin Discourse Forum and Program Manager at Youth and Women Drivers of Peace. Marie Louise M. holds several advanced certificates in climate change and environmental science from the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute, along with degrees in applied sciences from the University of Rwanda.
