Talita Nicola is a seasoned IT professional with over 17 years of experience in storage systems management and support. Currently serving as a Senior Storage Specialist at TIVIT since August 2011, Talita has held various roles, including Senior Storage Support Analyst and Senior Support Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Storage Support Analyst at T-Systems from December 2006 to August 2011, where responsibilities included managing and supporting NAS and SAN storage systems across diverse environments utilizing ISCSI, NFS, FC protocols, and various hardware vendors such as IBM, EMC, and NetApp. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade do Grande ABC, earned between 2005 and 2008.
