Matt Burnor has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Matt currently works at Titus Talent Strategies as the Director of Talent Acquisition, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company from July 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Titus Talent Strategies, they worked at Reliance One, Inc. as a Senior Recruiter from July 2018 to August 2019, where they were responsible for researching client objectives, reviewing resumes, and recruiting high-level candidates. Matt also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Reliance One from May 2017 to July 2018.

Matt Burnor completed their education at Central Michigan University from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Hire 4 Performance from Titus Talent Strategies in November 2019 and Bloomberg Certification from Central Michigan University in November 2014.
