John Nunes is a Process Engineer at Acushnet Company / Titleist Golf since May 2019, overseeing the casting department and supporting areas, focusing on process control, defect analysis, and training associates. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Rhode Island from August 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities involved ensuring safety in the senior chemical engineering lab and assisting with process operations. In 2014, John Nunes interned in New Product Development at Toray Plastics (America), Inc., where training technicians, creating a database, conducting product trials, and learning various testing methodologies were key tasks. John Nunes holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (2011-2015).
