Lynn Fischer is the current CEO at Title21. Fischer's previous work includes being the Director of Marketing at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream from July 1994 to December 2000, Senior Marketing Manager at E&J Gallo Winery from January 1990 to December 1994, Vice President of Marketing at The Wine Group from January 2001 to December 2003, and General Manager at M&M/Mars from February 1998 to December 2000. Fischer also has experience as a board member, having served on the Livermore Winegrowers Foundation from January 2004 to June 2012. Prior to their work in the food and beverage industry, Fischer was a copywriter at HBM Creamer from January 1986 to December 1988.

Lynn Fischer has a MBA in Marketing and Strategic Planning from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. They also have a B.A. in English Writing & Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. They have a Diploma from North Allegheny High School.
