Katie McInvale has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Katie started their career at Target in 2006 as a Store Team Leader before moving on to Cerner Corporation in 2015. At Cerner, they held roles such as Senior HR Partner and Lead Human Resources Partner. In 2021, Katie became the Director of Human Resources at Title Midwest, Inc.

Katie McInvale attended Northwest Missouri State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
