Jim Reavis is a security advisor who has devoted their career to developing programs that protect information. Jim is the founder and visionary behind SecurityPortal, global online resource and service provider for information security, and the Chief Technology Officer. Jim has also served as the Executive Director of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), responsible for managing the organization and its growth as a strategic force within the information security industry. In this role, they developed vendor programs for the ISSA, the largest association devoted to information security professionals worldwide. Currently, they are an Advisory Board Member for IOActive and a Technical Advisory Board Member for Tyfone, Inc.

Jim Reavis has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Computer Science from Western Washington University. Jim is certified from the Cloud Security Alliance in Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge v.4.
