Tyler Matos currently serves as a Training Manager at Titan Technologies since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tyler worked at Concentrix from December 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities as a Training Supervisor included managing a team of trainers, facilitating client material across multiple lines of business, conducting weekly one-on-one meetings, hiring and training new employees, and creating learning and development materials. Tyler also held the title of Master Certified Trainer, focusing on coaching and developing Tier 1 agents and onboarding operations managers. Tyler earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Central Florida between 2014 and 2016.
