Sha Zhou

PMO Project Manager at Titan Pharmaceuticals

Sha Zhou has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2006 to 2014, Sha worked at Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, starting as a Consulting Engineer before progressing to the roles of Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer. During this time, Sha was involved in various projects related to drug research and development, including the extraction and identification of natural products, research on different types of drugs, and the development of drug preparations.

In 2014, Sha joined Titan Pharmaceuticals, where they initially served as a Senior Project Engineer/Technical Specialist. In this role, Sha focused on the identification and analysis of active substances in the early stages of drug development. Sha also worked on the research and development of finished drugs, including chemical drugs, vaccine drugs, and genetic engineering drugs. Additionally, Sha contributed to pharmaceutical process improvement and conducted pharmacotoxicity analysis.

In 2018, Sha transitioned to the role of Project Controls Engineer at Titan Pharmaceuticals, responsible for overseeing project operations and ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.

Currently, Sha holds the position of PMO Project Manager at Titan Pharmaceuticals, though no specific start date is provided. As a PMO Project Manager, Sha oversees project management operations and ensures the successful execution of projects.

Sha Zhou attended Sichuan University from 1995 to 1999, where they acquired an undergraduate degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at Clarkson University Graduate School from 2002 to 2006. During this period, they obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Biological Science and Biotechnology.
