Noopur Borwankar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Head for the West Region at Titan Company Limited since June 2013. Previous roles at Titan include Corporate HR Business Partner and Manager of Compensation & Benefits, along with an initial position as Management Trainee. Prior to Titan, Noopur was a Co-ordinator for the HR Club at the Indian Institute of Management Shillong, overseeing corporate interviews and B-school events, and also contributed as a member of the editorial board for the HR magazine 'TogetHR'. A summer internship at Egon Zehnder involved analyzing leadership talent in the healthcare sector. Noopur holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Shillong and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Fergusson College.
