Ashwani Puri serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED and Coforge Limited since May 2016 and May 2012, respectively. Puri also held a similar role at Aditya Birla Group from September 2010 to March 2023 and served as a Non-Executive Director and Advisor at Bonfiglioli Transmissions Private Limited from March 2015 to March 2018. As Managing Partner of Veritas Advisors LLP from May 2010 to July 2021, Puri focused on corporate governance and shareholder value. Puri's extensive career includes 34 years at PwC India, culminating in a position as Leader of Advisory Services and involvement in both the India Leadership Team and the Global Advisory Leadership Team. Puri holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Government College, Chandigarh, and completed earlier education at St. Columba's School, Delhi, and St. John's School, Chandigarh.
