Lauren Lawrence has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation since February 2019. Prior to that, Lauren held the same title at National Technologies Associates, Inc. from May 2016 to January 2019. Previously, Lauren worked at ManTech International Corporation for twelve years, starting as an HR Generalist and advancing to Executive Director due to exceptional performance. Lauren's career in human resources began at RTKL as an Assistant/Coordinator. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
