Adam James currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Donor Services at Tissue Regenix Group as of September 2023. Previously, Adam held the position of Vice President of Tissue Operations at Southwest Transplant Alliance, where responsibilities included overseeing statewide clinical transplant operations and developing strategic plans to enhance organizational revenue and operational efficiency. Adam's extensive experience in tissue services includes roles as Director and Manager of Tissue Services at Nevada Donor Network, Inc., and earlier positions in tissue recovery at Allograft Resources and various real estate and financial consultancy roles. Adam possesses an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and an Executive Education Studies Certificate from The Wharton School, focusing on leadership in transplantation.
