Ronnie A. has work experience as the Company Owner at R&T Tactical starting from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Tire Discounters, Inc. where they held various roles including Director of Loss Prevention, Audit, and Compliance from 2019, Director of Retail Operations from 2018 to 2019, Regional Director from 2016 to 2018, and Regional Manager from 2014 to 2016.

Ronnie A. obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from Ashford University's Forbes School of Business, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, Ronnie attended the Ohio Diesel Technical Institute from 1991 to 1992 but did not obtain a degree. In terms of certifications, Ronnie has completed several courses related to security and law enforcement. These include certifications in Firearms & Self Defense Training from USCCA Training (obtained in March 2023), Retail Security Awareness and Workplace Security Awareness from FEMA (both obtained in March 2022), and Loss Prevention Certified (LPC) and Loss Prevention Qualified (LPQ) from The Loss Prevention Foundation (obtained in June 2021 and May 2021, respectively). Ronnie also completed courses in Active Shooter and Workplace Violence Awareness from FEMA in May 2011. Additionally, Ronnie holds certifications in Investigative Interviewing from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates and LP Master Course from the Loss Prevention Academy, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
