Jeff Campbell has extensive experience in supply chain management and purchasing. Jeff began their career in retail operations, managing multiple stores and achieving high sales performance. Jeff then transitioned to the automotive industry, where they held various leadership roles at Tire America/NTW/NTB and NTB (Tire Kingdom), including Store Manager and Group Manager. In 2006, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Buyer and eventually became the Division Merchandise Manager, responsible for the automotive category. In 2015, they joined Monro, Inc. as the Vice President of Merchandising and Logistics, overseeing parts merchandising, indirect procurement, and wholesale operations. Jeff contributed to the company's growth and successful integration of acquired businesses. In 2019, they joined Tire Discounters, Inc. as the Vice President of Purchasing, leading strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract governance. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, responsible for the end-to-end effectiveness of the company's supply chain operations. Additionally, Jeff has been involved in industry organizations such as the Automotive Maintenance & Repair Association (AMRA), where they served as Chairman of the Board and Board Member.
