Ciara Goodman, J.D., serves as Legal Counsel at Tire Discounters, Inc., where responsibilities include contract negotiation, litigation management, data privacy, regulatory compliance, worker's compensation, intellectual property, and risk management. Previously, as a Product Filing Compliance Analyst at Western & Southern Financial Group, Ciara researched insurance laws and managed regulatory compliance for new products across all 50 states. Experience as a Staff Attorney at the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy involved handling a significant number of misdemeanor and felony cases and representing indigent defendants. Earlier work included a Law Clerk position at Kroger, where Ciara conducted legal research on various business issues. Ciara holds a Doctor of Law degree from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English Literature from Georgetown College, graduating Cum Laude.
