Kristy Roberts has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Kristy currently works at Tipalti as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they are responsible for managing supplier payments and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Kristy was a co-founder of MK Performance Sports Clinic, a skills clinic for fastball players aged 10-15, where they focused on developing personal connections with each player. Kristy also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Ventana Construction Corporation and Seagate Mass Timber Inc., where they built teams and managed recruitment processes. Before that, Kristy owned their own small home renovation business called Roberts Renos, offering services such as painting, cleaning, and lawn maintenance. Kristy also has experience in talent acquisition at Nicola Wealth and Robert Half Executive Search. In addition, Kristy worked as a Senior Consultant at MacDonald Search Group, specializing in the accounting and finance industry. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Robert Half OfficeTeam & Accountemps and Fluor Canada, where they worked on a large-scale nickel processing plant project.

Kristy Roberts attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2002 to 2005. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
