Alberto García Herreras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in localization engineering, customer success management, and technical support. Currently serving as an Associate Implementation Manager at Tipalti since July 2022, Alberto previously worked at Galvanize from January 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing localization projects and overseeing a team of over 20 translators, as well as nurturing relationships with a portfolio of more than 80 strategic customers. Earlier roles included Senior Support Analyst and Support Analyst at Galvanize, where Alberto resolved complex technical issues and provided customer support. Prior to that, experience as a System Administrator and Software Developer Intern at Ayogo Health Inc., an Embedded System Engineer at Full On Net, and an intern at Telefonica contributed to a solid technical background. Alberto holds a degree in Ingeniero de Telecomunicación from Universidad de Valladolid.
