Jose Mendoza is a highly experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as a Technical Field & Applications Engineer for North America at TIPA庐 Compostable Packaging since September 2024. Previously, Jose held roles at Portco Packaging as both Technical and Process Control Leader and Converting Manager from December 2021 to August 2024, and at Starpak Corp. from September 2014 to September 2021 as Converting Department Manager and Plant Superintendent, overseeing manufacturing activities to meet production and quality standards. Earlier experience includes a position as Supervisor at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included supply chain engineering and production scheduling, and a role as Energy Consultant at Comisi贸n Federal de Electricidad. Jose began the career with an internship at Heineken. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n, and ongoing studies for a Master in Industrial Administration at the same institution, along with earlier education at Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey.
