Rares Bogdan currently serves as the Fleet Operations Manager at TIP Group since July 2022, overseeing the efficient management of the company’s vehicle fleet, which involves strategic planning, logistics coordination, and team leadership. Prior to this role, Rares held various positions at Paack, where responsibilities included managing a team of controllers to support national warehouses and optimizing transportation costs. Rares also worked at CITYlogin Iberia, focusing on home delivery planning and fleet oversight, and began a career at Amazon as a Picking and ICQA Technician, where performance led to a promotion to a quality technician role. Rares holds a degree in Transport and Logistics from Ies Luis Braille, attained between 2019 and 2021.
