Sri Guru Girahha is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst at ESW I.T. Business Advisors since May 2024, while also working as a Sales Associate at Tip Top Tailors since December 2021. Previously, Sri held the position of Front Desk Staff at the Outdoor Centre at the University of Calgary from December 2021 to September 2022 and worked as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 2019 to 2021, where valuable contributions included developing DTMF IVR applications and enhancing user experiences through natural language processing. Sri began the career as an Assistant System Engineer-Trainee. Educationally, Sri holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and a Bachelor of Technology in Information and Communication Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (SASTRA).
