Erica Colston is a Consultant at TIP Strategies since October 2023, previously serving as an Associate at the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and Opportunity Austin from May 2022 to September 2023. Erica's experience includes roles as a 2023 Fellow at The ATXelerator, Government Relations Specialist and Federal Programs Coordinator at Capital Factory, and Local Coordinator at American Councils for International Education. Additional positions include National Security and Intelligence Analysis Intern at the Institute for the Study of War and International Outreach Director for Students for Central and Eastern Europe, where initiatives focused on connecting international NGOs to advance cultural understanding. Erica also held an Undergraduate Fellow position at the Clements Center for National Security and interned at the U.S. Capitol Historical Society. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies, History from The University of Texas at Austin and has furthered education at the University of Pittsburgh and King's College London.
