Agnes G. currently serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Tinybird since October 2024. Previously, Agnes held the position of Director of Data & Legal at CARTO from April 2014 to September 2024. In 2011, Agnes was a Law Fellow at the American Immigration Council, focusing on plaintiff outreach for a class action lawsuit regarding work authorization eligibility policies. Additionally, Agnes has held various roles within legal education and support, including internships and clerkships at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, Public Counsel Law Center, East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, and the Budapest Administrative and Labor Court. Early career experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to the COO at Vanu, Inc., and as a Research Assistant at Harvard University. Agnes holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, a Master of Laws in European Union law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a Doctor of Law from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, and a Spanish Language Certificate from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
