Lillian Jiang, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Insights & Analytics at Tinuiti since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lillian held multiple positions at Epsilon from June 2016 to October 2022, including Director of Account Analytics and Associate Director of Account Analytics. Lillian also worked at Geometry Global from February 2012 to May 2016, where Lillian progressed from Director of Analytics to Associate Director and Analytics Supervisor. Earlier experience includes the role of Research Lead at Symphony IRI Group from March 2010 to March 2012, Marketing Analyst at Anthem Marketing Solutions from April 2009 to March 2010, and Statistician Intern at Exelon Corporation from May 2008 to February 2009. Lillian holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
