Lexi Patania, MSE, is a Design & Applications Engineer at Tinius Olsen since May 2022, and also serves as the Head Lacrosse Coach for the 2028 Volt team at NXT Lacrosse, where responsibilities include coaching through the 2023/2024 seasons and leading the team to a championship win. Previous experience includes engaging as a Sustainable Materials Research Assistant at Thomas Jefferson University from February 2021 to January 2023, focusing on hemp-derived bioplastics and cellulose nanomaterials, and working as an Educator at lululemon. Lexi's early career involved customer service roles at Fager's Island Ltd., showcasing strong interpersonal skills in a high-pressure environment. Lexi holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Textile Sciences and Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Biomaterials, both from Thomas Jefferson University.
