Rafael Coimbra has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Log On Editora Multimidia Ltda as an Android Developer and C# Developer. From 2015 to 2017, they were the CTO and Android & Fullstack Developer at Bikoo - Sua Entrega Amiga. In 2017, they worked at Thinkseg as a Senior IT Consultant and Android Lead Developer. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at CUCO Health as a Senior Android Developer. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Tech Lead and Android & Backend Specialist Developer at RodoClube. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Tech Lead and Full Stack Developer at Direção Concursos. Currently, they are the Team Lead at Tindin Educação. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing and managing different teams, implementing agile processes, managing and leading developer teams, and managing times of crisis.

Rafael Coimbra attended Universidade Paulista from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Superior degree in Ciência da Computação.
