Robert Ranfranz is an experienced professional in operations and e-commerce management, currently serving as the Director of E-commerce at Tin Building by Jean-Georges since 2021, where responsibilities include managing a comprehensive e-commerce operation across multiple storefronts and channels. Prior experience includes the role of Multi-Unit Operations Manager at Magnolia Bakery from 2018 to 2020, overseeing ten high-volume retail stores and focusing on operational performance analysis. From 2004 to 2017, Robert held the position of VP of Operations/Director of Operations at Mangia, managing multiple high-volume quick-service restaurants and related facilities. Earlier career experience entails serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Marcopol sp. z o.o. in Poland, providing support in financial planning and negotiations. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk.
