Ons Mtar is an experienced retail consultant currently working at Timsoft Group since July 2022, focusing on assisting clients in Tunisia and abroad with the implementation of point-of-sale management solutions. Responsibilities include needs analysis, system configuration, training, and support, as well as documenting business requirements and interfacing projects with various systems like CEGID, SALESFORCE, and SAP. Previously, Ons worked as a core banking consultant at Générale Tunisienne de l'Informatique from November 2021 to June 2022, where the role involved configuring banking accounting systems. Ons holds a degree in Computer Science from Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT, completed in 2021, and attended L'Institut Supérieur des Technologies de l'Information et des Communications (ISTIC) from 2015 to 2018.
