Paul Huber has a diverse work experience in the field of surveying and signals intelligence analysis. Paul started their career as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the United States Marine Corps in 1973 and worked in that role until 1985. Following that, they worked as a Survey Party Chief for George F. Keller, Inc. from 1985 to 1987. Paul then joined Cornerstone Surveyors as a Survey Party Chief/Survey Technician from 1988 to 1989. In 1993, they joined Timmons Group as a Survey Manager in the Staunton, VA Office, where they currently hold their position.

Paul Huber attended the University of Maryland, Overseas (Rota, Spain) from 1976 to 1977. During this time, they focused on the field of study of geology, although no specific degree was mentioned.
