Henry Sells has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Henry started their career as an intern at The Lane Construction Corporation in June 2019 and worked there until January 2020. During this time, they gained valuable industry exposure.

Henry then transitioned to Harris Teeter in August 2014, where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, Henry served as a representative and cashier, assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues that arose. Henry also provided support in various areas of the store as needed. Henry's tenure at Harris Teeter lasted until August 2015.

Following their time at Harris Teeter, Henry joined Timmons Group in January 2020 as a Project Engineer 1. Henry worked in this role until November 2021, gaining experience in engineering projects. Henry was then promoted to Project Engineer II in October 2021 and held this position until May 2023. Currently, Henry is serving as a Project Engineer III at Timmons Group.
