Conroy B. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2014, they began their career as a Barista and Barista Trainer at Starbucks, where they gained customer service skills. Conroy then transitioned to working at Target as a Barista, Cashier, and Sales Floor Associate from 2015 to 2017. At the University of Portland, they served as a Telephone Outreach Caller, updating information and fundraising for student financial aid and renovations.

In 2018, Conroy interned as a Pavement Rating Assessment Intern at Pavement Services, Inc., where they provided data entry support for a civil engineer and assisted with onsite surveys. The following year, they worked as a Stormwater Engineering Intern at Contech Engineered Solutions, analyzing site plans and assisting in designing stormwater systems.

In 2019, Conroy held two positions simultaneously. At Indian Health Service, they worked on the Engineering Capstone Project, proposing a redesign solution for a treatment pond. At the same time, they were a Civil Design Engineer at DJ&A, P.C., gaining experience in CAD design and engineering calculations for various projects.

Most recently, starting in 2023, Conroy joined Timmons Group as a Civil Project Engineer. The specific details of their role are yet to be described.

Conroy B. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Science from the University of Portland. This degree was completed from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, Conroy B. obtained the certification of E.I.T. (Engineer in Training) from NCEES in November 2020.
