Pablo Catoggio has a diverse work experience spanning different positions and industries. Pablo began their career as an Analyst at KPMG from August 2006 to March 2009. Following this, they worked at Laboratorios D'Agostino Bruno as a Team Lead Administration, where they successfully implemented an ERP system and led a 2 million USD investment plan, resulting in significant growth for the company from March 2009 to April 2013.
Pablo then joined DIRECTV as a Regional Business Process Analyst, designing and implementing a regional reverse logistics and recycling process that reduced departmental expenses by 35% across Latin America from May 2013 to April 2014. Pablo subsequently moved to EY as a Project Manager, leading change management, process improvement, and software implementation projects for various clients in industries such as mining and pharmaceuticals from May 2014 to May 2016.
From May 2016 to April 2019, Pablo served as the Finance and Administration Manager at Fraunhofer Chile. In this role, they transformed the finance department into a key player within the organization, managing accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, reporting, payroll, and audits. Additionally, they oversaw over 200 innovation projects in solar energy and biotechnology.
Prior to their current role, Pablo worked at Nubox Chile, where they held two positions. Pablo started as a Regional Finance Manager from April 2019 to September 2020, responsible for financial operations and reporting. Pablo was then promoted to Chief Financial Officer from October 2020 to September 2022, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization.
Currently, Pablo is the Chief Financial Officer at TIMining, a position they have held since September 2022.
Pablo Catoggio completed their Bachelor's degree, earning an Ingeniero Comercial, from the University of Buenos Aires between 2002 and 2007. In 2010, they pursued a Diplomado in Gestión de RRHH from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Pablo also obtained a Diplomado in Gestión de proyectos from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2013. Prior to their university studies, they attended Saint Joseph School Buenos Aires, where they completed their Bachiller degree.
