Job Derksen started their work experience in 2017 as a Football Player at HSC'21. Job then worked as a Koerier at PostNL from August 2017 to August 2019. After that, they attended Olivet Nazarene University as a Student from September 2019 to May 2020. During this time, they also played as a Professional Football Player. In 2020, they worked as a Professioneel voetballer at FC Twente from January to June, and then at Glacis united from September 2020 to May 2021. In February 2020, they worked as a Logistiek medewerker at HUUS.nl until August 2020. From June 2021 to July 2022, they worked as an HR-consultant at Timing, and currently holds the position of Sales Executive Corporate Accounts at the same company since July 2022.

Job Derksen earned a Bachelor's degree in international business from Olivet Nazarene University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued Retail Management/Small business and retail management at ROC van Twente from 2018 to 2019. Job also completed a degree in Sport en bewegen from CIOS from 2016 to 2018.
