Veselin Tonev has four years of work experience. In 2017, they began their career as an Intern at the Municipality of Plovdiv. In 2019, they became a Junior Software Developer at MentorMate, a Student Mentor and Reviewer at Udacity, and a Full-stack Developer at TIMIFY.

Veselin Tonev has a diverse educational background. In 2020, they completed a Udacity Mentorship Nanodegree. From 2015 to 2019, they attended the University of National and World Economy. In 2017 and 2018, they completed a Nanodegree in Front-end Web Development through Udacity, as well as taking courses through Codecademy and Udemy Academy.
