About the role
As Head of Revenue at Timextender, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our sales and go to market-strategy to propel revenue growth for our SaaS business in an international context. You will also engage directly in selling activities, providing hands-on leadership to your team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), you will collaborate with C-suite executives to align sales initiatives with company objectives, optimise sales operations, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires an energetic and visionary thinker with a proven track record in multi channel sales within the SaaS industry, as well as multi-product sales experience. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of, or have a strong curiosity in, applying AI and/or automation in sales operations. This role is remote but you must be located within the Nordics, Netherlands, UK or Ireland!
What you’ll do
Continue to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales teams with both direct and indirect sales, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Be a key player in developing a unified sales strategy together with the COO, that incorporates multi channel sales efforts to achieve company revenue goals and drive market expansion.
Standardise sales processes, documentation, and reporting across all sales channels. Align goals to encourage collaboration across relevant teams.
Oversee a metric-driven approach to ensure consistent and predictable sales excellence. Monitor and analyse sales metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, continuously improve operations based on insights, and ensure targets are met.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Marketing circle on customer and market insights, our ICP, and to create effective sales collateral, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
Collaborate with the Solution Specialist circle to ensure efficient collaboration between pre-sales and sales activities and ensure knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure efficient operations and revenue prediction.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the COO and other C-suite executives.
Develop and manage the sales budget.
Develop and maintain an expert level of product knowledge to support current and potential customer inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and relevant operations.
Encourage knowledge sharing and cooperation across sales teams. Recognise and reward successful collaborations to reinforce the importance of working together.
Represent TX at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
