Walter T. Goggins possesses extensive experience in circulation management and operations within the newspaper industry. Currently serving as Circulation Director at Tennessee Valley Printing Co. Inc. since November 2006, Goggins oversees various publications, including Times Daily, Decatur Daily, and Moulton Advertiser. Responsibilities include managing a team of District Sales Managers and contractors related to home delivery and distribution operations, with skills in budgeting and sales forecasting. Goggins held leadership roles in the Southern Circulation Managers' Association from 2014 to 2016, and previously worked as District Sales Manager at The Anniston Star, overseeing independent contractors. Goggins' early career included participation in the Knight-Ridder Program with several publications and an internship at Print USA LLC. Goggins earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, focusing on Journalism and Public Relations, from Miles College between 2000 and 2004.
