Sebastian Webber has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Sebastian started their career in 2005 as a Desenvolvedor GeneXus at NewTech Consultores. Sebastian then moved on to GERHOS Aporte e Gerenciamento Hospitalar Ltda. (RGM do Brasil) in 2006, where they worked as a Desenvolvedor. In 2008, they joined AvaCorp as a Desenvolvedor e DBA. In 2011, they were hired as a Consultor de TI at LM2. Following that, they worked as an Instrutor at TargetTrust from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they started their own IT Services business, SWebber IT Services, as a Proprietário. In 2017, they joined uMov.me S.A. as an SRE, where they worked with BASH, Go, and Ansible. In 2019, they became a Senior Database Engineer at CareMessage. In 2020, they joined OnGres as a Senior PostgreSQL Engineer, working with container images, k8s, docker, GitLab CI, BASH, Ruby, and Go. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Timescale, starting in 2022.

Sebastian Webber obtained a Superior degree in Computer Science from the Universidade Luterana do Brasil in 2006, and a Técnico degree in Informatics from the Escola de Educação Cenecista Marquês de Herval in 2004. Additionally, they obtained the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation in December 2021.
