Mark Hoover has a strong background in operations and promotions, with experience in the military and real estate. With their current role as Operations Manager at Times Shamrock, Mark oversees various departments and collaborates with sales and programming for creative commercial concepts and on-air promotions. Prior to this, Mark held positions at Shamrock Communications, Inc and Duryea Realty Company where Mark managed day-to-day operations and trained staff. Mark also served in the PA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD from 1995 to 2003. Mark obtained an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Luzerne County Community College.
