Previously, Fábio held various leadership roles, including Head of Engineering and IT Operation and Security at Neon, where they drove significant advancements in security and fraud prevention. Fábio's expertise spans technology integration, engineering, and organizational transformation, with a strong focus on results and performance indicators. Fábio has successfully led strategic projects that have yielded impressive outcomes, including the avoidance of over 34 million euros in card transactional fraud. Fábio holds an MBA in Project Management from IBEMEC - Veris IBTA and a degree in Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
