Adam Gilson has had a diverse range of work experiences. Adam began their career as a Production Event Volunteer for the BBC Six Music Festival in 2015. Adam then worked as a Lighting Technician for Made in Tyne and Wear and New Tube before joining Spark Sunderland in 2014. At Spark Sunderland, they initially served as a Producer for the Breakfast Shows and later became the Head of Digital and Visualisation. In 2016, they took on the role of Production Assistant for Made in Tyne and Wear's LGBT TV/Radio show, Made With Pride.
