Georgine Palomaria began their work experience in 2016 as an Internship Administrator and Scorer of Psychological Tests at PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia. Georgine gained experience in giving instructions and scoring various psychological testing tools. In 2017, they served as a Lecturer Assistant at Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung, assisting with observation and interview classes. Georgine then interned at Gestalt Center in 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PT Lion Super Indo, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection processes. Currently, they are employed by Time International as a People Operations (HRBP), where they manage end-to-end recruitment and development processes.

Georgine Palomaria attended Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Sarjana Psikologi degree in Psychology. In addition, they obtained an Assessment Center Certification from the same institution in August 2016.
