With a background in field operations and technical management, Stephen has previously held positions as Manager of Field Operations at T-Mobile and Field Engineering Operations Manager at DISH Network. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Canisius University.
