Dragana Okanovic, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced HR professional serving as the Owner and Senior HR Consultant at Tim Centar since October 2005. Prior to this role, Dragana worked as an HR, PR, and Marketing Associate at MK Commerce in Novi Sad from May 2005 to May 2006. Educational credentials include a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Novi Sad (2008-2021), an Associate's degree in CIPD Qualifications (2018-2019), and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution (2007-2008). Additionally, Dragana holds a BS in Psychology (1999-2004) and has completed Individual Potential Analysis at the Institut für Kognitives Management in Stuttgart.
